青岛联通:5G试验网开始大规模组网试点

今天下午,中国联合网络通信有限公司青岛市分公司副总经理吴集泉做客民生在线,与网友进行网络交流时介绍,目前,青岛5G试验网已步入大规模组网试点阶段。

吴集泉表示,青岛联通作为联通集团12个试点城市之一,山东地区通信运营商唯一5G试点单位,在2018年3月已正式启动试点工作,开展5G无线网、传输网、核心网和业务平台的组网建设,覆盖复杂城区及室内环境,形成连续覆盖,目前已实现单用户100Mbps--1Gbps、毫秒级时延5G宽带数据业务能力,相关技术指标要求均达到4G网络十倍以上,目前明确的通信设备及配套设施投资、研发费用合计已近亿元。
 
Wu Jiquan said that Qingdao Unicom, as one of the 12 pilot cities of China Unicom Group and the only 5G pilot unit of Shandong telecommunication operators, had officially started the pilot work in March 2018. The construction of 5G wireless network, transmission network, core network and service platform was carried out to cover the complex urban area and indoor environment and form continuous coverage. At present, the broadband data service capability of 100Mbps-1Gbps single user and 5G millisecond delay has been realized, and the related technical specifications have reached more than 10 times of that of 4G network. At present, the investment and R&D cost of clear communication equipment and supporting facilities have totaled nearly 100 million yuan.
 
 
 
在全面提升服务方面,吴集泉表示,中国联通在不断的努力,力求为客户提供“百分百满意”的服务。公司自今年7月1日开展了“全员服务在行动”服务提升活动,从客服、营业等多维度、多举措提升服务质量:
